E-mail Accounts
School of Arts & Sciences
- New Accounts: Once you enroll in Arts & Sciences, UCollege, or Art and pay the security deposit, an e-mail account is automatically created. The Arts & Sciences College Office sends out letters to the incoming students with their usernames and passwords.
- Lost Passwords: For security reasons, Arts & Sciences follows the Office of Student Records standard. The individual needs to come the A&SCC lab in the basements of Eads, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5p.m. They need to bring a picture ID.
Center for Engineering Computing
- New Accounts: If a student has lost their password or if they would like to establish an account, they should come to the CEC help desk in Sever room 214. If they would like to phone the help desk, they may call 5-5097. Their e-mail address is consult@cec.wustl.edu.
School of Art

School of Architecture
- New Accounts: Students who wish to establish a new account should visit Room 10 in Givens Hall, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5p.m., and see Richard Viehmann (5-4616, viehmann@wustl.edu) or Geoffrey Geiger (5-7454, geiger@wustl.edu).
- Lost Passwords: Students who have lost passwords to their e-mail accounts should contact either Mr. Viehmann or Mr. Geiger, preferably in person.
John M. Olin School of Business
- New Accounts: Please visit the Student Computing Account Request page and fill it out.
- Lost Passwords: Students with lost passwords should visit the main computing lab in Room 6, in Simon Hall, during lab hours, and bring student ID for verification.
School of Law
- New Accounts: New accounts are automatically created when a first-year student is enrolled at Washington University in the School of Law. Passwords are mailed directly to the students with instructions on how to use their mail accounts.
- Lost Passwords: Students who have lost the password to their e-mail accounts should call 5-6476, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5p.m., to report the problem, or go to the second floor computer lab in the Law Library in person.

- New Accounts, Lost Passwords: To sign up for new accounts, or if a staff member has lost a password, call 935-9022 or e-mail at nts@wustl.edu
School of Social Work
- New Accounts or Lost Passwords: Please contact Rick Tyler, 5-5301, at ret1@wustl.edu, to obtain a new account or to reset a lost password.
